Track Order

Follow your Dovyan order in a few simple steps.

1. Check your email

After you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation from us. When the package ships, we send tracking details to the same email when they’re available from the carrier.

2. Use your order number

Have your order confirmation number ready (it looks like #1234 in your confirmation email). You’ll need it if you contact us or look up your order status.

3. Log in to your account

If you checked out with a customer account, open Your account to see recent orders and their status.

4. Still need help?

Email contact@dovyan.com with:

  • Your order confirmation number
  • The email used at checkout
  • Your full name

Our team replies during support hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
