How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 24 hours of your order. Delivery typically takes 7–15 days depending on your location. During holidays, delays of 3–7 extra days can occur.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Delivery times vary by destination within the ranges above.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available. You can also use our Track Order page or email contact@dovyan.com with your order number.
What if my address is incomplete or I’m not home?
If the address is incomplete, we’ll email you to confirm it before continuing delivery. If a delivery attempt fails (wrong address, missed delivery, or incorrect contact details), you’ll be notified and usually have 7 working days to arrange pickup from the warehouse or courier. Packages not collected in time may be destroyed by the courier; a partial refund may apply under our shipping policy. Rejecting the package on delivery means no refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order enters processing. For changes after shipping confirmation, see our refund policy or email contact@dovyan.com.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return window?
You can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your package. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@dovyan.com with your order confirmation number, full name, email or phone, whether you want a refund or an exchange, the reason, and photos of any defects. If approved, we’ll send the return address and next steps.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
When are returns not accepted?
Returns are not accepted for size errors when the size guide wasn’t followed, damage caused after delivery, or returns based only on personal taste, on-screen color differences, or subjective expectations. Size chart measurements can vary by about 1–4 cm.
Who pays return shipping, and how long do refunds take?
Return shipping is paid by you—please use an inexpensive tracked option. After we approve the return, send a photo of the shipping receipt within 5 days or the return can be cancelled. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.
